You'll coordinate global strategy and administration of bioanalytical systems like LIMS and ELN, partnering with stakeholders across US and Switzerland. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop global roadmap for bioanalytical systems with stakeholder input
• Administer and maintain LIMS, ELN, CDS, and related lab systems
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Facilitate alignment between US and Switzerland laboratories

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field
• 8–12+ years in bioanalytical, clinical research, or regulated environments
• Strong hands-on LIMS/ELN/CDS administration and configuration
• Deep understanding of GxP compliance and validated systems

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD)
• Experience working across global teams (US and Europe)
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in lab environments
