You'll join an elite team providing premium support to high-end guests and Hosts, taking ownership of complex cases. You'll combine efficiency with personalized service to enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide personalized support via chat, social, messaging, and phone.
- Manage complex cases end-to-end with ownership and judgment.
- Handle high case volumes while maintaining quality service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document best practices.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in multicultural customer service, preferably premium or hospitality.
- Experience with phone, messaging, or live chat support.
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac OS, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with premium support at Apple, Amex, or Ritz Carlton.
- Additional languages beyond English.
- Graduate degree or above.
