  • Provide personalized support via chat, social, messaging, and phone.
  • Manage complex cases end-to-end with ownership and judgment.
  • Handle high case volumes while maintaining quality service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document best practices.

  • 5+ years experience in multicultural customer service, preferably premium or hospitality.
  • Experience with phone, messaging, or live chat support.
  • Proficiency with Apple/Mac OS, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with premium support at Apple, Amex, or Ritz Carlton.
  • Additional languages beyond English.
  • Graduate degree or above.
