You'll provide first-level technical support to end-users in a five-days-in-office role at Nextiva's Scottsdale headquarters. You'll triage and troubleshoot issues, support conference rooms, and ensure a positive end-user experience. This temporary 3-month position offers exposure to project work and certification development.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level support via email, chat, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot and triage technical issues promptly.
  • Assist with deployment and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Support conference rooms and desk-side technology.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of Level 1 technical support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CompTIA A+ or MCDST certification.
  • Experience with Mac support or MDM tools like Intune.
  • Exposure to Okta, O365 admin, or SharePoint.
