💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations, helping the team meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to work with a passionate team in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return visits.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
