You'll partner with Care Operations and VoC teams to use AI and machine learning to unlock insights from customer data. You'll bridge unstructured feedback with structured environments to drive better customer experiences and revenue retention. π― What You'll Do
- Build deep relationships with Care Operations and VoC to understand friction points
- Use Snowflake Cortex, Python, and LLMs to classify and score interactions
- Create scalable frameworks for AI-driven insights, including prompt libraries
- Maintain a culture of iterate and ship with focus on accuracy and business goals
π Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in high-growth, data-intensive environment
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and complex schema navigation
- Proven ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Snowflake Cortex
- Extensive experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake is a major plus
- Data Science familiarity with regression, classification, clustering
- Operational understanding of Customer Success or Care functions
