You'll join Carvana's Inspection Center team, repairing damaged upholstery, plastic, vinyl, and glass. Your work directly ensures every vehicle meets our high standards before reaching customers. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery
• Color match and dye fabric and cloth
• Repair glass including stars, bullseyes, and cracks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive interior repair or glass repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Pass a background check
