🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform insurance claim follow-ups through payer calls and portals.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of U.S. healthcare AR follow-up experience
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Experience with payer portals, clearinghouses, and EHR systems
• High School diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred
