💼 About This Role

You'll own the conversion rate optimization infrastructure and strategy for Fyxer's AI Email & Meeting Assistant, driving growth from session to conversion. You'll design and run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and optimize the full acquisition journey across paid landing pages, programmatic SEO, and lead magnet micro-apps. Working at the intersection of data, marketing, product, and engineering, you'll each own an area of the product end-to-end—no PMs, you own strategy and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CRO programme across full user journey from landing page to seat expansion
• Design, build, and run multivariate experiments to improve conversion rate and sign-up quality
• Own experimentation infrastructure: frameworks, statistical rigor, rollout decisions
• Build full-stack features and flows for growth loops (virality, referrals, seat expansion)

📋 Requirements

• Track record of measurably improving conversion across sign-up, onboarding, or monetisation flows
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN, React Query, serverless functions
• Comfortable designing and interpreting multivariate tests and correlative analyses
• Experience with B2B SaaS growth and experimentation stack: feature flagging, CRM integrations, event tracking

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with session recording tools (Hotjar, FullStory, PostHog) and funnel analytics
• Familiarity with LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and churn prediction
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
