You'll lead delivery of high-impact digital projects for a premier agency, partnering with Technical Directors to ensure technical excellence. You'll manage multiple engagements—from e-commerce platforms to product feature development—keeping projects on time and within scope for top American companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 1-2 large-scale complex projects.
• Own planning, execution, and quality control of technical deliverables.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical production or delivery management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex web-based or digital product projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
