As an Operations Associate, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, minimizing shrink, and supporting key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and visual standards. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure optimal store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, reporting process gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards and assist with floor set updates
• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
