Description

You will draft proposals, presentations, and analyses in response to prospective client requests, collaborating across research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, and HR. You will complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and ad hoc client requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while supporting content database maintenance and client presentation development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or Liberal Arts
• Minimum 2 years in financial services or paralegal work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and ad hoc client requests with cross-functional teams
• Critically assess relevance and accuracy of content from internal stakeholders
• Maintain central content database to keep responses current
• Support development of client presentations and on-site agenda management
• Respond to industry surveys and assist Business Development teams
