💼 About This Role

You'll lead Valdera's European expansion, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for large enterprise accounts. You'll act as a strategic partner to procurement leaders, helping them modernize their sourcing operations through cutting-edge technology. This role is perfect for a consultative seller who understands industrial supply chains and can navigate complex organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts across Europe
  • Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Diagnose supply chain inefficiencies and present strategic solutions
  • Manage pipeline and forecast with accuracy

📋 Requirements

  • 5–10 years of total working experience
  • 5+ years closing enterprise sales (Global 2000) with executive-level sign-off
  • Native or professional English fluency
  • Business fluency in German for DACH region relationships

  • Experience selling into Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement sectors
  • Background in Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) focused on operations/supply chain
