💼 About This Role
You'll lead Valdera's European expansion, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for large enterprise accounts. You'll act as a strategic partner to procurement leaders, helping them modernize their sourcing operations through cutting-edge technology. This role is perfect for a consultative seller who understands industrial supply chains and can navigate complex organizations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts across Europe
- Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Diagnose supply chain inefficiencies and present strategic solutions
- Manage pipeline and forecast with accuracy
📋 Requirements
- 5–10 years of total working experience
- 5+ years closing enterprise sales (Global 2000) with executive-level sign-off
- Native or professional English fluency
- Business fluency in German for DACH region relationships

- Experience selling into Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement sectors
- Background in Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) focused on operations/supply chain
