You'll manage day-to-day global People operations, ensuring data integrity in Workday and overseeing the ticketing queue in JIRA. You'll be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to People-related inquiries via JIRA ticket queue
• Manage employee data changes and audits in Workday
• Oversee onboarding tasks and offboarding processes
• Support compliance audits and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Must have Workday experience
• Familiarity with JIRA or case management tools
