Description

You will provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients, assisting them in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as a PTA in Pennsylvania
• Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by APTA
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, tests, and client education as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
• Perform interventions appropriate to the care plan
