You'll join Mable's Customer Success team to drive early customer engagement and service utilisation for a leading healthtech platform. Your work will directly reduce churn and build long-term loyalty, making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support customers through their first 90 days to drive onboarding and retention.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to help customers find and maintain support workers.
  • Reduce churn through timely follow-up and problem solving.
  • Increase platform usage by aligning services to customer goals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2+ years experience in phone-based sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and explain concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced B2C environment.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthtech or disability support sectors.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
