You'll lead fleet operations and safety programs across a multi-site environment, driving continuous improvement and compliance. You'll oversee vehicle lifecycle, DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and technology adoption to enhance efficiency and safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Fleet and Safety team.
• Oversee vehicle specifications, ordering, and lifecycle planning.
• Manage DOT compliance, DQ files, licensing, and registration.
• Drive adoption of fleet and safety technology platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading safety initiatives in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with commercial fleet operations and driver training.
• Ability to travel to branch locations as needed.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with telematics and fleet management software.
• Certified Crane Trainer or similar certification.
