Description

You will lead licensing, regulatory engagement, and compliance oversight for Cobo's Hong Kong operations, partnering with business, product, and technology teams to embed regulatory requirements and maintain a strong compliance posture in the digital asset space.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in regulatory compliance within financial institutions
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong's regulatory framework with hands-on HKMA and SFC experience
• Demonstrated experience managing regulatory engagement and licensing processes
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing applications, including preparation, submission, and ongoing engagement with authorities
• Conduct regulatory mapping and gap analyses to assess compliance with evolving requirements
• Draft, review, and maintain licensing documentation, regulatory filings, and responses to inquiries
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in digital assets and crypto, advising senior management
