You'll work directly with customers to help them get the most out of Stedi's programmable healthcare clearinghouse, bringing insights back to shape product improvements. You'll support rapid onboarding from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring seamless processing of claims and eligibility checks. This role offers real impact on customers, revenue, and roadmap in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support new customers from proof-of-concept through production
• Collaborate with customers via dedicated Slack channels
• Triage requests for help using products or understanding payer responses
• Identify product gaps and relay well-documented issues to engineering teams
• Contribute to external documentation and internal runbooks

📋 Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management
• Several years working at an RCM company, clearinghouse, or healthcare organization
• Experience using and integrating APIs
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, X12, and other flat file formats

• Experience in customer-facing roles like customer success or technical support
• Ability to stay on top of many open threads simultaneously
