🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global Sales Engineering team and drive ELT solution sales
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for prospects
• Develop competitive content, playbooks, and ROI tools
• Define and track OKRs for POC win rate, win rate, and O2C rate

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years leading Sales Engineering teams in data/analytics
• Deep understanding of ETL space and Modern Data Stack
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks
• Proven track record meeting exceeding sales targets in SaaS
