You'll lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a leading health tech company, partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive financial rigor and data-driven decision-making in a SaaS environment. Your impact will shape resource allocation, growth, and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual operating plan, long-range plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Build and maintain integrated SaaS financial models (ARR/MRR waterfalls, scenario modeling).
• Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering leaders for budget and ROI analysis.
• Oversee management reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• SaaS or subscription business experience required.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
• Expert financial modeling in Excel/Sheets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Mosaic).
• MBA or financial designation.
