Description

As a Patient Liaison, you will be the welcoming face of our Chicago clinic, handling patient check-in, registration, and check-out, while also assisting MRI technologists with patient preparation and maintaining a positive patient experience. This on-site role requires a flexible schedule including weeknights and weekends, and you will serve as a key link between patients and clinical staff.

Requirements

• 1+ year customer service experience, preferably healthcare
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• 1+ years phlebotomy experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Patient check-in, registration, and check-out
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Liaise between patients and clinical staff
• Escort patients for MRI preparation and assist technologists
• Maintain front desk area and patient areas
