💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary owner of Workday at a profitable, scaling SaaS company. You'll lead implementation, build the operating model, and ensure the tenant is secure and scalable. This is a 24-month contract role with high autonomy and visible impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run backlog intake, prioritization, build/test/deploy for configuration and permissioning changes
• Perform access-control impact analysis and regression testing for bi-annual Workday releases
• Design and maintain RBAC, security groups, domain security policies, and BP security policies
• Deliver and maintain critical reports/dashboards; coordinate functional requirements and testing for integrations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday management experience with hands-on configuration in Core HCM plus 2+ additional areas
• Proven ownership of an enhancement backlog (intake, prioritization, delivery, stakeholder management) and Tier-3 troubleshooting
• Deep Workday security/permissioning expertise: RBAC, security groups, domain & BP security policies, least-privilege access governance
• Experience leading Workday bi-annual release readiness (preview, testing, activation planning)

• Workday Pro Certified in Platform Admin, HCM Core + 2+ functional areas
• Stakeholder partnership skills: translating business needs into scalable configurations and explaining tradeoffs
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and prioritization
