💼 About This Role

You'll join Coupang Pay's Fintech Privacy team to establish and operate personal (credit) information protection policies. You'll ensure compliance with Korean financial privacy laws and manage regulatory responses. This role stands out for its impact on millions of customers in a fast-growing fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and manage personal information protection policies and management systems.
• Conduct internal control activities including audits and service improvement.
• Perform regular information protection evaluations and respond to regulatory agencies.
• Support certification audits like ISMS-P, ISO27001, PCI-DSS.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of personal/credit information protection work experience.
• Experience in fintech, finance, credit information, or commerce companies.
• Understanding of financial regulatory environment and certifications like ISMS-P, PCI/DSS, ISO.

✨ Nice to Have

• ISO / ISMS-P / PCI-DSS certification auditor qualification.
• English proficiency.
