You will work on critical projects across Tokenization, Robinhood Chain, and the Robinhood Wallet, driving engineering excellence and mentoring team members. Your work will help democratize access to private and public equity markets by making assets available on-chain for 24/7 trading.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native architectures
• 3+ years leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams
• Strong system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
• Proven ability to simplify complex problems and drive alignment

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and execution for Robinhood Chain, Tokenization Engine, and Robinhood Wallet
• Design, build, and operate core services powering the above
• Write production code and lead complex implementations
• Improve developer practices and adopt latest AI tooling
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar
