You'll serve as the technical point of contact for assigned electronic assemblies, ensuring quality requirements are met. You'll drive root cause resolution and implement improvements across supplier quality processes. This role directly impacts rocket and satellite program success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical point of contact for supplier quality issues
• Own production components end-to-end, driving improvements
• Conduct DFM reviews and partner with procurement
• Author specifications and flow down quality requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechatronic Engineering
• 2+ years experience in regulated industry (Aerospace, Medical, Automotive)
• Prior experience in a supplier quality role
• Proficiency with GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation

✨ Nice to Have

• PCB/PCBA fabrication and assembly process knowledge
• IPC standards fluency (IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21)
• Experience with electronics test methods and failure analysis
