💼 About This Role

You'll join the Grocery Instock team to manage end-to-end supply chain for Rocket Delivery grocery categories. You will ensure stable inventory and supply while improving operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and process automation. This role offers the opportunity to shape long-term supply strategies for a leading e-commerce platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Forecast demand for seasonal, promotional, and supply-issue products
• Manage optimal inventory levels and handle slow-moving or non-selling items
• Analyze root causes of out-of-stock and supply issues, prevent recurrence
• Drive process automation and collaboration with key partners via CPFR

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in inventory, ordering, or SCM
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven decision-making experience improving inventory or SCM performance

✨ Nice to Have

• Grocery or food category instock experience
• SQL or other data analysis tool proficiency
• Business-level English communication
