💼 About This Role

You'll join the Workato AI Lab to develop mission-critical features for the Workato platform, including AI chatbot dispatching and balancing synchronous and asynchronous AI execution. Your work will shape intelligent automation for top enterprises in Asia. You'll collaborate closely with the AI team to design innovative features for a new AI assistant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build high-performance gateways and routing components
• Build server-side infrastructure for logging and monitoring
• Collaborate with Infra and SRE teams for high availability
• Design and implement features for a new AI assistant

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience
• 4+ years of strong experience with Go language at backend
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building and scaling distributed, highly available systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Ruby on Rails
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes concepts
