You'll provide in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Fort Worth. You'll help patients stay connected and safely participate in everyday life. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation programs for adult and geriatric patients
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (CCC SLP) license
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
