You'll lead a team building scalable data pipelines and machine learning systems for demand planning and budget forecasting. You'll own projects end-to-end, work directly with clients, and mentor team members. This role offers remote-first culture and certifications fully covered.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement ETL processes, optimize queries, and automate pipelines.
• Lead data pipeline development and guide technical decisions.
• Mentor and support team members in Data Engineering and model design.
• Act as liaison between team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring teams in Data projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter).
• Experience working with any cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with stream processing tools like Kafka Streams, Kinesis, or Spark.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
