Description

As a Multimedia Designer at Monks, you'll design, create, and manipulate graphics, images, sound, animation, video, and text to produce integrated multimedia assets for digital platforms. You'll collaborate with the Social Media Team to adapt ideas for real-time social content and localize assets according to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years advertising industry experience in a mid-level role
• Deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
• Visualization of creative campaigns for different brands
• 3+ years minimum digital experience
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on agreed dates to meet goals
• Prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines across accounts
• Adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones
• Adapt ideas for social media in real time
• Localize video and image assets following guidelines
