Description

Lead the US-based Central Quality Engineering team at Netskope, driving improvements in testing, release processes, and quality reporting across the engineering organization. You'll manage three US teams focused on shared test environments, automation, and reporting, working closely with your counterpart in India to implement next-generation processes and tooling for a rapidly growing cloud security company.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering with strong background in test automation and tooling
• 10+ years management experience with at least 3+ years managing other managers (Director level)
• Proven experience running Engineering Productivity, Internal Developer Platform, or Tooling development teams
• Strong background in building scalable test automation frameworks

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of release and quality processes to improve them
• Define and develop automated quality reporting workflows across product development teams
• Improve release management processes
• Drive implementation of next-generation test automation, smoke testing frameworks, and test reporting systems
• Provide day-to-day management and mentorship to 2 or more engineering managers/senior managers
