You'll build high-throughput data pipelines and AI platforms for a Quant Trading team, combining quantitative development with cutting-edge AI engineering. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high throughput batch and streaming data pipelines using Kafka and Flink.
• Develop and optimize analytical data models for time-series and trading metrics.
• Implement and maintain vector search systems with optimized HNSW indexing.
• Build evaluation frameworks for retrieval quality and RAG systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production experience with both Python and Java.
• Expertise in Linux, Github, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Advanced SQL with window functions and query optimization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in trading systems, quantitative finance, or financial technology.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Understanding of market data and data subscription via REST API / WebSocket.
