🎯 What You'll Do

• Own NetOps training framework and delivery cadence across onboarding, refreshers, and job shadowing.
• Facilitate live training sessions with hands-on practice and troubleshooting simulations.
• Implement certification requirements and scale decentralized onboarding with partner organizations.
• Author and maintain Trainer Toolkit, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting runbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 8-11 years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering technical training for frontline roles.
• Strong facilitation skills across virtual and in-person environments.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ITSM platforms.
