💼 About This Role

You'll oversee data entry and management in the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) for re-entry programs. Your work ensures accurate tracking and reporting that directly supports participant rehabilitation. You'll lead a team and collaborate with community providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and train data entry and assurance staff
• Ensure data security and integrity per CDCR guidelines
• Prepare daily registers and weekly/monthly reports for CDCR
• Provide technical support for community-based providers on ARMS

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in database entry or management
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access

• Understanding of substance abuse and treatment models
• Knowledge of STOP Data Management contracts
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
