You'll lead People & Culture for a globally distributed workforce across 17 countries, reporting directly to the CEO as part of the Executive Leadership Team. You'll define and own the end-to-end People operations strategy, driving best-in-class programs in talent, rewards, and organizational development. • Implement best-in-class People & Culture programs across global workforce.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations or related experience.
• 8 years leading global HR functions as a senior executive.
• Global HR leadership with international expansion across multiple regions.
• Experience in global SaaS, technology, or technology-enabled organization at scale.
