💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex accounting and consolidation processes for a global private markets firm. You'll ensure accurate SEC reporting and maintain technical accounting positions under U.S. GAAP. This role offers exposure to consolidated fund structures and collaboration with auditors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute monthly consolidation processes for corporate entities and fund structures.
• Research and document technical accounting positions for complex transactions.
• Support preparation and review of SEC filings and related disclosures.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors on consolidation matters.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in public company or complex reporting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP including consolidations and investment accounting.
• CPA preferred.

• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memoranda and supporting audits.
