Requirements
- 4+ years provider operations experience in a payer setting
- Experience with NCQA, CMS, NUCC requirements
- 3+ years using data tools like Google Platforms, SQL
- 3+ years end-to-end project management experience
- 3+ years designing workflows and operational procedures
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and influence organizational behavior change
- Partner cross-functionally to drive core operational improvements
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other frameworks to implement consistent organizational processes
- Create Business Requirements Documents, process maps, SOPs, and policy documents
- Ensure foundational stability and scalability within your area of responsibility
