Description

You will lead inventory coordination at Rocket Lab's launch complex, ensuring timely receipt and supply of components for Electron rockets. You'll oversee inbound and outbound logistics, manage a team, and drive continuous improvements to maintain high customer service levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing 3-6 direct reports
• Proven ability to perform complex duties independently
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics

Responsibilities

• Monitor open orders and fast-track rush orders
• Ensure throughput KPIs are met
• Coordinate daily kitting resources to achieve DIFOT
• First escalation point for kitting issues
• Maintain stock point accuracy and resolve discrepancies
