You'll own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, driving product adoption and revenue retention. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as central point of contact.
• Proactively manage customer journeys from onboarding to renewal.
• Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate churn risk.
• Lead end-to-end renewal process including forecasting and negotiation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
• Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset.

• Financial services or compliance experience.
• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning.
