You'll lead the commissioning of automated logistics equipment and coordinate system integration tests across devices and upper-level systems. You'll serve as the on-site core decision-maker, driving project launch with a holistic perspective. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to oversee the entire launch process from installation to stable operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate commissioning and integration tests of automation equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis and recovery
• Manage test progress and resolve on-site issues with stakeholders
• Tune and improve logistics system for stable operation

📋 Requirements

• Equipment commissioning (including trial run adjustment) experience
• Field engineering experience covering launch to stable operation and troubleshooting
• Stakeholder coordination with customers, internal teams, and vendors

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automated logistics equipment introduction and launch
• Knowledge of system testing or PLC
• Experience with multilingual coordination (including English)
