You'll handle inbound and outbound inquiries in Vietnamese and English, ensuring accurate transaction processing and issue resolution. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide solutions to calls
• Conduct regular outreach to Vietnamese agents for support
• Assist with onboarding and day-to-day operational needs of agents
• Monitor and analyze pricing and follow up on inactive agents

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
• 2-3 years in professional sales/call center environment
• Proficient in CRM systems and business software (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
