You'll supervise volunteer crisis responders providing 24/7 text-based mental health support to youth across Canada. You'll handle real-time crisis interventions and coordinate with emergency services. This fully remote role combines clinical oversight and volunteer leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise volunteer crisis responders in real-time.
• Participate in text-based crisis conversations during peak demand.
• Provide clinical oversight for suicide and self-harm risks.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of crisis intervention experience.
• Knowledge of mental health issues including suicide risk.
• Full professional bilingualism in French and English.
