💼 About This Role

You'll be the lead strategic finance partner for Twilio's Messaging channel, driving financial governance and turning technical roadmaps into sustainable growth. You'll own a portfolio of strategic special projects, leading cross-functional teams to solve complex scaling challenges. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape the financial future of a market-leading communications platform while influencing enterprise-wide strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead finance partner to VP and Director level R&D leaders.
• Define and track product performance KPIs with actionable insights.
• Build complex financial models for product launches and initiatives.
• Own full forecast for Messaging channels and lead close process.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent experience
• 6–8 years of progressive FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking experience
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets for multi-variable, driver-based models
• SQL proficiency to query usage data and Tableau/Looker for dashboarding

• Direct experience in high-growth SaaS, Cloud, or Telecom environment
• Anaplan and Oracle skills
• AI tools experience to improve Finance operations
