Description

You will guide enterprise clients through transformative generative AI search implementations, integrating Coveo with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, and customizing solutions to meet specific business goals. You will lead requirement workshops, communicate with stakeholders, and deploy solutions in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Proficiency with complex tech stacks and B2B ecosystems.
• Proven consulting experience in client-facing roles with enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility, project management skills, structured work approach, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Native-level German proficiency in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Coveo with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.
• Implement and customize Coveo features to meet client-specific requirements and business goals.
• Lead requirement workshops with enterprise clients and translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate clearly with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces using JavaScript libraries and embed Coveo into client systems.
