As a Senior AI Python Software Engineer at Nearform, you will design and build AI-enabled applications using Python, collaborate with distributed teams and clients, and contribute to modernizing legacy systems for leading enterprises. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex digital problems while enjoying a remote-first, flexible work culture with frequent travel to U.S. client sites.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level (typically 8+ years commercial experience)
• Deep knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks
• Experience with AI application development and Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agentspace)
• Practical experience in Agile environments
• Proficiency in version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and cloud environments
