You'll work with Bee Talents to recruit top IT talent for global clients like Allegro, VISA, and more. Your core impact is shaping candidate experience and shortening time-to-hire across RPO and retainer models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage IT candidates for various roles.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and feedback loops.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the process.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Ability to work in a remote team environment.
