💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the dedicated People Partner for Figma's EMEA region, working closely with GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product Support. You'll help the organisation scale by strengthening leadership capability and aligning talent strategy to business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to shape people strategy and leadership culture across multiple markets at a pivotal growth stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary People Partner for EMEA, supporting leaders across GTM functions
• Evolve team structures and operating models in line with business growth
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness
• Drive people initiatives by leveraging data and organizational insights

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR/People experience with multi-jurisdiction EMEA exposure
• Generalist capability spanning Employee Relations and strategic business partnering
• Experience partnering with GTM or revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, Product Support)
• Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
• Fluency in additional languages (French, German)
