Description

You will build a fast, scalable accounting engine for investment managers using cutting-edge technologies including AI tools like Claude Code. You'll provide technical leadership to evolve architecture, drive best practices, and mentor engineers in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with a proven record of designing and delivering new products
• 3+ years in Staff+ leadership roles influencing teams and architecture
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline
• Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with high-availability systems and performance monitoring

Responsibilities

• Contribute domain knowledge, design skills, and technical expertise to a cross-functional team
• Be involved in the entire software development process from requirements to shipping production code
• Architect and evolve a cloud-native tech stack on AWS for scalable, performant accounting systems
• Build developer automation to enable scalable, high-quality applications
• Coach and mentor product engineers delivering secure, high-performing enterprise applications
