📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Channel or Partner roles in enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems across APJ.
• Proven experience designing and scaling channel programs across multiple countries.
• Ability to balance global programs with local execution realities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GSIs, MSPs, and multi-tier partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with incentive structures, rebates, and partner enablement.
• Prior role developing programs covering APJ markets.
