You'll build and lead the people function for TriRinse, a family-owned agricultural container solutions company, partnering with the CEO to align people strategies with business goals. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, using AI and automation to improve efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to shape culture and leadership in a growing, values-driven organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
• Partner with COO to strengthen leadership capability across business units.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership partnership.
• Multi-site or operational environment experience preferred.
• HRIS platform ownership and optimization experience.
